Responsibilities
- • Develop and manage testing strategies for firmware and WiFi-related features.
- • Provide technical guidance to embedded and testing team members.
- • Coordinate with firmware, hardware, cloud, mobile application, and product teams.
- • Plan testing activities, estimates, risk assessments, and defect-triage processes.
- • Perform functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing.
- • Test WiFi devices supporting WiFi 5, WiFi 6, and WiFi 7.
- • Validate WiFi features involving RADIUS, GREs, authentication sessions, AAA, load, QoS, DC mapping, failover, and related capabilities.
- • Support test automation through Python scripting, frameworks, and CI pipelines.
- • Work with WiFi testing chambers.
- • Use debugging and network-analysis tools such as Wireshark.
- • Monitor quality indicators including defect leakage, pass rate, stability, and KPIs.
Requirements
- • Relevant degree/education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- • Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
