Software Engineer I

Responsibilities

• • Help build scalable systems for advertising delivery and measurement.
• • Contribute to big-data and distributed-system components.
• • Work on integrations with internal and external systems to improve data and targeting capabilities.
• • Participate in code reviews and follow development, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• • Communicate project progress, issues, and feedback with team members and stakeholders.
• • Learn and apply new technologies and development approaches.
• • Write reliable, maintainable, and well-tested software.

Requirements

• • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience.
• • Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Scala, Python, Go, C++, or JavaScript.
• • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and fundamental computer science concepts.
• • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, Redis, HDFS, or MongoDB.
• • Interest in learning big-data technologies such as Spark or Databricks.
• • Interest or familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes.
• • Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity about complex technical systems.
• • Good communication skills and willingness to seek feedback and learn from teammates.
• • Internship or project experience involving distributed systems, big data, or application development is preferred.
• • Exposure to ReactJS or other frontend frameworks is preferred.
• • Experience with data pipelines or cloud-native applications is preferred.
• • Basic knowledge of Git and collaborative development practices is preferred.
