Founding Engineer (Full-Stack, AI-native)
Rixroent is hiring a Founding Engineer to work across its full-stack product development activities and AI-focused projects. The role involves building, testing and deploying real products while working closely with a small, high-ownership team. The selected candidate will work across web and application development, AI-assisted coding, new technology exploration and R&D for the Sannidhi platform. Freshers are welcome, provided they can demonstrate projects or other work they have successfully built and shipped. The company is looking for motivated builders who learn quickly, are comfortable with modern development technologies and are interested in AI-native software and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities
- • Develop, test and deploy features across web and application platforms.
- • Use AI tools and effective prompting during software development.
- • Convert ideas into functional software products.
- • Contribute personal ideas to product development.
- • Explore technologies related to AI, agents, IoT and deep-tech.
- • Contribute to R&D activities for the Sannidhi platform.
- • Help develop and launch new products within a small development team.
Requirements
- • Interest or projects related to AI/ML, AI agents, RAG or LLM applications.
- • Interest in IoT, hardware or spatial/deep-tech.
- • Experience with Azure or AWS.
- • Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- • Familiarity with Figma.
- • GitHub profile, portfolio or previously shipped application.
- • Ability to communicate in English and Hindi.
