Data & AI Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• • Collect, prepare, process, and analyze moderately complex datasets.
• • Create automated reporting solutions to support data analysis.
• • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, including data models, KPIs, and visualizations.
• • Use SQL to extract, transform, analyze, and validate data.
• • Create and maintain database views for reporting and analytics requirements.
• • Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and unusual data points.
• • Improve data collection and reporting processes using established methodologies.
• • Work with cross-functional teams to address data requirements and maintain data accuracy.
• • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• • Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain data consistency and security.

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• • Strong SQL skills.
• • Experience working with structured datasets and relational databases.
• • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• • Ability to work with Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• • Ability to build and support AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio.
• • Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven recommendations.
• • Strong data-oriented approach with the ability to identify patterns and systemic issues.

Eligibility

• • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• • Experience requirement: 0 - 2 years of experience .
• • Graduation year: 2024, 2025, 2026.
• • Strong SQL skills and experience with structured datasets and relational databases are required.
• • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is required.
• • Candidates should be able to develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
• • Shift timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST.
