Responsibilities
- • implement and deploy Gemini Enterprise solutions using Agent Development Kits to address customer technical requirements.
- • Advise strategic customers on adopting Gemini Enterprise and related Google Cloud AI products.
- • Understand customer workflows and identify opportunities to introduce AI-powered agents.
- • Help customers overcome technical challenges during implementation and deployment.
- • Work with engineering teams to resolve product issues and identify suitable workarounds.
- • Monitor application performance and investigate unexpected AI agent behavior.
- • Deliver technical presentations and recommendations tailored to business and engineering stakeholders.
- • Guide customers through the implementation and adoption of Google Cloud solutions.

Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- • Experience developing generative AI applications, intelligent agents, or LLM-powered solutions.
- • Experience working directly with technical customers.
- • Fluency in English for customer-facing communication.
- • Ability to design and implement production-ready application architectures.
- • Familiarity with Agent Development Kits or agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen is preferred.
- • Experience with RAG architectures and secure connections between LLMs, productivity tools, and databases is preferred.
- • Knowledge of multimodal AI involving text, images, video, and voice is preferred.
- • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, security, governance, compliance, and cloud infrastructure is preferred.
