Responsibilities
- • Study and document business processes across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain functions.
- • Develop process maps using SAP Signavio Process Manager.
- • Assist with process mining activities using Signavio Process Intelligence.
- • Examine process data to find bottlenecks, inefficiencies, rework, and improvement areas.
- • Help prepare, validate, and integrate data for process analysis.
- • Build dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings.
- • Participate in client discussions and workshops to understand business processes and requirements.
- • Support process improvement and implementation activities with senior team members.
- • Maintain project documentation and contribute to knowledge-building activities.
Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- • 0–2 years of experience.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- • Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis.
- • Exposure to SAP, Signavio, Power BI, SQL, BPMN, process mining, or Lean/Six Sigma is an advantage.
- • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- • Willingness to learn quickly.
- • Ability to work effectively with teams and in client-facing situations.
