AI-Native Java Engineer – Graduate Trainee (2026 Passouts)

Responsibilities

• • Use AI tools to support coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and technical learning.
• • Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve development productivity.
• • Work with experienced engineers to develop production-ready software using AI-assisted approaches.
• • Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• • Build REST APIs and microservices with guidance from senior engineers.
• • Work with databases, data models, and application integrations.
• • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• • Learn how AI-powered applications and agent-based systems are designed.
• • Contribute to APIs and services that interact with AI systems.

Requirements

• • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related branch.
• • 2026 graduation year.
• • Minimum 80% or equivalent CGPA in 10th, 12th, and BE/B.Tech.
• • No active backlogs or previous backlogs/arrears.
• • Strong Java programming fundamentals or proficiency in another object-oriented programming language.
• • Basic knowledge of Spring Boot or backend development frameworks.
• • Understanding of REST APIs and web technologies.
• • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• • Familiarity with Git and version control.
• • Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP, DBMS, Operating Systems, and Computer Networks.
• • Exposure to cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, or AI development tools is an advantage.
• • Projects, hackathons, internships, or open-source contributions are valued.
